Kyle Busch ran the fastest lap of the Day 1 morning Car of Tomorrow test at the Atlanta Motor Speedway.
Kyle Busch, driving his 2008 Joe Gibbs Racing #18 Chevrolet, ran a 186.190 mph lap in the first session of the two-day tests. #11-Denny Hamlin (Busch?s 2008 teammate), #00-David Reutimann, #99-Carl Edwards and #1-Martin Truex Jr. were the rest of the top 5 on the speed chart. #45-Kyle Petty was the slowest (178.075 mph) of the 52 cars out on the track for this session.
